Payment:
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure payment system. We do not keep financial info on our site. You can use PayPal with or without creating a PayPal account. When you start the payment process you will be directed to the PayPal Website.
We can accept also: Western Union, Cash or Bank Transfer.
Shipping Terms:
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after receiving full payment.
Shipping price is calculated automatically regards to the total weight of your order.

If there is some serious delay with your order arrive please contact us, because we can ask the post to track the delivery. If the package was lost due to post failure we'll offer you full refund or resend. Some countries (like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) may wait up to 60 days for the delivery before refund. The buyer responsibility is to provide a valid verified shipping address in PayPal account. We cannot be responsible if the package was lost due to wrong address you provided.
Returns & Replacements:
We accept returns for all our items. Israeli customers can return items during 14 days after purchase. International customers can send items back during 14 days after receiving the package. In both conditions buyer pay return shipping cost. If you decided to return your order please first contact our support by email or phone to get the address for sending it back. You should return the items in the same conditions and the same quantities you got it, unopened, undamaged, unused, with registered air mail (have tracking number), packed carefully. After we'll get the parcel back you'll get refund to your PayPal account. We only can refund the original price without shipping cost.
If you receive broken or defective items we'll resend you exchange/replacement to this items, if we have in stock. If no stock available you will get refund for this components. In this case please send the picture of broken items you got right after the items is arrived.
If you got wrong items (for example you buy a transistors, but get a capacitors) we'll resend you your original order or will refund your money. Your purchase is covered with PayPal Buyer Protection program.
Returns & Replacements for DIY Kits:
We can accept return for the kit only if you are not started to solder it! If you initiate a return please be kindly informed that you'll be asked to pay return shipping cost. We only can refund the original kit price without shipping cost.
If you received damaged kit please inform us and we'll resend you a new items. In case you have some technical problem with the kit please create support request In case we wasn't able to help you online we'll ask you to send the kit back for our lab investigation. In this situation we can offer you full refund or kit replacement.
Customs Duty:
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax you may pay. If you need a commercial invoice attached to the package please leave us a notice.
Taxes:
All our prices is include local taxes, so we do not charge additional payments during checkout. If you use Bank Transfer payment or Western Union there will be additional fee.
Personal information:
We do not share any personal information of our registered customers with a third party websites.
